The Chiflik Hills restaurant

Our restaurant is for hotel guests: traditional Bulgarian cooking in a dining room with a fireplace, stone walls and arched windows. Dinner is your choice from the menu and paid separately; breakfast is included with every night.

Traditional Bulgarian cooking

On the menu there are traditional Bulgarian dishes, a few from other kitchens, and desserts worth saving room for. You will find salads, kavarma, a sach of meat and vegetables, baked white cheese with honey and thyme, and for dessert baklava made to a classic recipe, or künefe. To go with dinner, the bar has wine, beer, whisky and soft drinks. On warm days you can sit out on the terrace.

The dining room and terrace

A fireplace room for cold evenings, tables by the tall windows for breakfast, and a terrace by the stone wall for summer.
